Potomac Elementary School's PTA will vote Thursday, Sept. 3, on a $1,600 budget amendment for a metal playground cart and on accepting the results of the 2025-26 financial audit.

The two items top the agenda for the organization's first general meeting of the new school year. The budget amendment would add $1,600 to the Campus Beautification line item.

The meeting runs 5 to 5:30 p.m. in the All-Purpose Room at Potomac Elementary, 10311 River Road.

The PTA has posted the 2025-26 end-of-year financial statement and minutes from the June 12 general meeting as reference documents ahead of the vote. The Sept. 3 meeting will not be recorded, but the PTA's agenda states presentation slides will be posted afterward.
